Delete your Gigs account

Use this page to request deletion of your Gigs App account and the personal data associated with that account.

Before you request deletion

Your profile, seller cards, saved items, and visible account details will be deleted or anonymized.
Messages, orders, payments, reports, and dispute records may be retained where needed for legal, tax, safety, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons.
Gigs support may contact you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

If this form does not work, email support@gigsapp.co.za from the email address on your Gigs account and include the words "account deletion request".
